WORKBOOK

PRACTICAL TIPS POST BINGE

  1. Drink 8oz of water

  2. Try ginger or peppermint tea for bloating

  3. Add extra fiber to your diet the next day

  4. Do some yoga or light stretching

  5. Use Digize oil (I get mine from Young Living)

  6. Show yourself some self care (bubble bath, face mask, ect)

  7. Eat more fruits and veggies the following day to reduce bloating

  8. Go for a walk to help digestion

  9. Brush teeth/shower to recenter your mind

  10. Eat a Tums for gas/bloating

  11. Massage your stomach to promote digestion

SPIRITUAL TIPS POST BINGE

  1. Use the journal prompts above

  2. Try the EFT Tapping video that goes along with this module

  3. Say affirmations of self love

  4. Meditate on the life you want to manifest

  5. Do whatever feels good to you!

HOMEWORK

  1. Journal out your feelings during the binge

  2. Journal out how you feel now after the binge

  3. Try EFT Tapping for forgiveness and healing

  4. Write down 3 things are you grateful for right now!
