Let's get into it! My TOP 5 FAVORITE BEACHBODY PROGRAMS:

  1. 21 Day Fix

21 Day Fix by Autumn Calabrese is the most famous and popular program for a reason. These short 30 minute workouts every single day help you form a healthy habit to get moving daily. Autumn does a fabulous job of introducing you to lifting as well as cardio and yoga.

This was the very first program I ever did as a coach and since then they have developed a "real time" version so every workout is different - 21 workouts for 21 days. After your finish those 21 days, the Extreme version is waiting for you! I love the progression of these two programs whether you are a beginner or more advanced. The only equipment you need is a few sets of medium weights and resistance bands.

The only thing I did not love about this program is the pilates day. It can take some time to get use to the resistance band wrapped all around you and can be frustrating at times. Luckily it is only one day a week and by day 14 you get the hang of it.

If you are ready to see what all the hype is about, you can try a sample workout here or enroll with Beachbody on Demand Today through the Vitality Virutal Fit Studio! (you can enter my coach ID: 1526756 at checkout so we can work together towards your goals!)

2. Barre Blend

When this program launched I said it was my "soul mate program" and I was right. If you grew up in ballet classes or have a more spiritual side like me, this barre program is for you. Every day Elise Joan will lead you through a barre workout based on an affirmation card that now come with meditations as well. She does a beautiful job of combining the self care aspect of fitness with sweaty, hard af workouts.

You will be surprised how much you sweat, curse, and shake during these 30-45 minute workouts. Those little 2lb weights burn when you are holding them the whole time, but luckily Elise makes it fun and uplifting the whole time. (and just wait til you see how uplifted your booty will be!) If you have never tried barre before and want to learn without a class full of people watching you, Barre Blend is for you!

The only downside to this program I can find is the length. As the days progress the workouts go from 30 minutes to 45 minutes which doesn't seem like much until you are pulsing in first position! Just be aware if you are on a time crunch that the workouts increase in length, but luckily Elise created "10 minute enhancements" that focus on a particular body part such as booty if you are too busy for a full workout.

3. Transform 20

You will sweat, you may cry, and then you will be shocked its over. Shaun T created this 20 minute workout using only a step for the busy bees. If you think you can't get a great workout done in 20 minutes, you have to try this one. It is nothing like your mothers step aerobics from the 80's.

This program is broken into 3 phases that progressively get harder to challenge you. They even created an adjustable step so you can make it more difficult if you wish! But my favorite thing about Transform 20 is the "transformer" challenges every workout. For one minute in every workout you push yourself to complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) and the next week try to beat that number. This helps take the focus off of weight goals and puts it towards performance goals so you know even if the scale hasn't' moved that you are making progress.

As for the cons, this program is not exactly travel friendly if you want to bring your step. You can do this program without a step (like the modifier does) or use your stair case, but the actual step provided does take up a little bit of space. Luckily that is the only piece of equipment - no weights or bands!

Overall I would suggest this program if you are looking for a quick, high energy sweat sesh! You can try a sample workout here and sign up for Beachbody on Demand & my free accountability group here! (you can enter my coach ID: 1526756 at checkout so we can work together towards your goals!)

4. Morning Meltdown 100

I recommend this program to all my new clients - it is THAT good. Jericho McMatthews guides you through 30 minutes or less workouts with the goal of doing all 100! Don't worry, you will never repeat the same one since they are all filmed in real time. That is 100 different workouts focusing on lifting, MMA, barre, yoga, pilates, and cardio to help you feel amazing every single day.

I recommend this program because it is short, has a wide variety of training styles, and the trainer is a sweetheart! If you are new to fitness or want to try more types, this program is for you. Luckily the only equipment you need is a few sets of weights and some workouts are equipment free so it is perfect for small spaces or traveling.

Honestly, I cannot find a single downside with this program. It is fun, quick, and challenging! You can try a sample of the program and then join us to do it together! (you can enter my coach ID: 1526756 at checkout so we can work together towards your goals!)

5. LIIFT 4

This is my go to program because it is only 4 days a week and my favorite way to train - lift and HIIT. This program designed by Joel Freeman is made for busy people such as my girlfriend who is a nurse. Since it is only 4 days a week you can choose your rest days to match your changing schedule.

If you are worried you can't see results in 4 days, try the sample workout below. Joel crunches a lot of work into those 40 minutes. First you lift, then you hiit, and always finish with core so you are getting all the benefits of an hour long workout in just 30-40 minutes.

One thing to consider is the wide variety of weights you may need as you progress throughout the 8 weeks. Our current home gym has sets from 5-30lbs, but this program does come with a "bandifier" if you do not have weights or are traveling!

If you are ready to build muscle and shred fat, this program is for you! Try a sample here or enroll below for the entire program! (you can enter my coach ID: 1526756 at checkout so we can work together towards your goals!)
