Easy High Protein Low Calorie Crepes


I don't know about you, but I am so sick of my only high protein breakfast options being protein pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, or protein shake. After playing around with the recipe a lot, I finally created the perfect high protein crepe recipe! (And the perfect low calorie crepe filling too!) Say goodbye to protein pancakes and get ready to some classy protein crepes!


Ingredients:

Crepe:

7-8 egg whites

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

vanilla extract to taste


Filling:

0% fat greek yogurt

sugar to taste

fruit


Combine crepe mixture in a medium bowl. Heat a nonstick skillet on low heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray or oil. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the mixture. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles for on top. Flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter. Combine filling and spread thinly. Add any additional fruit or toppings. Roll and enjoy!
